Today I was standing in front of salesman in the shop and ordered Kajukatri but for 10minutes noboby paid attention to me so as a senior citizen I could not stand and walked out of the shop.

They sold a packet of Kaju Katli that states NO ADDED SUGAR. It was seal packed and could not be tasted so was purchased at a premium price(1150 for regular One and 1500 for this variant).But when opened, was equally sweet as a regular Kaju Katli. I’m not sure if they added artificial sweeteners as nothing was mentioned on the product pack, but I experienced dryness of mouth and throat after consumption. So beware of such products where the contents of the product are not clear and the vendor sells by some random fancy label. This was my first purchase and maybe not next time!

Such a big shop and making lots of money but cant invest in a decent phone! I bought mango ras and they ended up giving lesser quantity which i discovered in coming home. I tried calling their landline, first they never answered and then when they answered they couldn’t hear me. I kept calling and they stopped answering. Of course they will not as the shop is crowded. Jitendra — You have lost a customer today and I know it doesn’t bother you. Sad Service!!

I have been buying sweet and savoury items from this shop occasionally and found the quality ,taste of all items very very satisfactory.the staff was all politeness and the pricing reasonable if u consider the quality.

This shop literally serves some best and freshly made snacks at all times of the day. One can contribute this to the quality products they serve. So if you are quality conscious, better not look at your pockets when buying stuff left, right and centre. Right from rich variety of dry-fruits and sugar free sweets to healthy munchies, one can find a lot of variety in this store. They also serve home-made garlic theplas, dhoklas, dahi-wadas, puran polis etc. Few must try items here are: Kothambir wadi, sandwich doklas, Mayo cheese dhoklas, rumali dhoklas and Punjabi samosas. They also serve fresh gaathiyas and rose petal jalebis during important Hindu festivals. They also provide home delivery on regular days. The only minor issue is, the prices of most products are slightly higher than what the other shops charge. But then again, one has to pay true value for quality products.

Pathetic is the word for person who don’t know how to response To customer visiting their store. Arrogance rude language is their practice If u ask for quality check of there repacked extreme overpriced sweets products they will reply u like ur buying it for free If u ask once they will reply that their decision will not change when a customer shows concern for quality check..WT sh!T is that This is like u repack and sell non branded food and if a buyer ask u about how’s the quality it’s like he/she is insulting the shopkeeper.. such rude and disrespectful attitude they show that’s a hgt U guys need to learn politeness and respect, how to attend customer visiting your shop. My ratings won’t change and will not recommend to visit them
